At Account, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. If your new decor or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
